The second annual Peter McWilliams Day will be happening all around the world, on our Facebook event page. Please sign up for the event. It’s totally free! You don’t even have to leave your house. Perhaps you have a favourite photo of you in a Peter shirt, or holding a Peter book. Maybe you’re moved by one of his quotes you can post to your wall, and to Twitter. Maybe there’s a favorite video about Peter you’d like to share. Whatever you can do to help spread and raise awareness is very much appreciated.
Although Julia could not attend, there was a huge outpouring of love and support for her work, and for Peter McWilliams! At the annual Global Marijuana March in Toronto, several petermcwilliams.org shirts were spotted, wonderful supporters carrying the message in Julia’s absence. She hopes to attend next year, to be a part of her Canadian family and to help spread the message of Peter.
The spirit of Peter McWilliams was felt in Toronto for their annual 420 March & Rally. Peter’s words literally took center stage, in front of the entire march, and many patients throughout the day stopped to read the banner, Peter’s words deeply resounding within them.
